Order Processing Update

NOTE- All orders have upgraded to 1st Class Shipping at no additional cost. We hope that this will help to reduce the overall time you are waiting for an order.

 

Current Delays
We are currently experiencing delays of 7 working days for order dispatch. This is in part due to the latest lockdown and a requirement to maintain a safe environment for the processing of all orders.
If your fabric is urgently required for a project please consider this prior to ordering.
We can understand that longer dispatch and delivery times can be frustrating but we promise to get all orders out as soon as possible. ⁣

 

Actions
We are taking the following actions to reduce the lead time on orders-
  • Increasing number of dispatch shifts.
  • Dispatch centres are now being scaled to operate 7 days a week.
  • Upgrade all orders to 1st class shipping to help reduce transit time: therefore reduce overall lead time.
