Batik is a centuries-old textile art where molten wax is carefully applied to fabric before each layer of dye. The wax protects selected areas, creating beautiful patterns, rich colour variations and distinctive handcrafted designs that make every print unique.

Our Bali Batik fabrics are handmade in Indonesia using traditional wood and nail dye blocks, preserving authentic artisan techniques passed down through generations. The fabric is waxed by hand, dyed in multiple layers and laid across natural pebbles during the finishing process, producing vibrant colours, intricate detailing and exceptional quality.

Made from soft yet durable 130 GSM cotton, this medium-weight fabric is comfortable to work with and ideal for a wide variety of sewing projects.

Returns Policy
