The top butterfly layer is beautiful. I'm not quire so happy with the quality of the backing layer which is thinner and a more open weave. It may be better when washed.

A quick make, a fantastic beginner project!
Beautiful material, great feel, sews beautifully. I've gifted the cushion cover to my wee sis. She is delighted.
It's a very think linen fabric and the plain fabric is the same as the pattern. Sews up ok the only thing i didn't like was the feel it's sticky and made my hands rough not sure if it's waxed fabric or waterproof.
I haven’t had the opportunity to make up this kit yet but what I can say is that it’s of a very great quality of fabric. I love the design and we’re waiting on a new sofa delivery which I’ll make up the cushion for that. It’s the exact same colours of our lounge and will be buying for a few more panels to add to the mix of our other cushions

Lovely materiel. Was easy to make as was pre cut. Made in less than 15 minutes.
Sadly, my review is not positive. I was invited to test a "linen" cushion kit, the panel I received is definitely not linen. It is man made fibres, and I suspect it's what others advertise as water resistant canvas. I did the burn test and it melted. Tried to post a video but it wouldn't work. The back panel was a plain white cotton, passed the burn test, but has blobs of emulsion paint on it. The zip was just a cheap zip. All stitched OK. Would I pay £10 for this and be happy? No. Sorry.
The cushion fabric is lovely. A blue zip was sent with the fabric, I used one of my own zips as I preferred to have it matching the colour of the fabric. The cushion is being used in the garden.
My granddaughter has made a lovely cushion from this, she is 8, and is now becoming a very enthusiastic sewer.

Fabulous cushion panel and the cushion reverse is also good quality. However when I tried to insert the zip I struggled to get the top end to sit flat as the end staples were a tad oversized. Also the zip provided was pale blue when the backing fabric and the front pane were both white. For the price of the pack it was good value but a better quality zip would have made it excellent!
Such lovely fabric feels so soft and really easy to work with made a great cushion cover just got to get the insert
lovely feel to the fabrics but a little thin I feel I would have to cover my cushion in a light cotton first in a similar colour so that the fabric cushion when made up is not see through
The kit was lovely. Great quality . The tension is playing up on my machine so have yet to complete it.

The panel itself is lovely but what are you supposed to do with the square of white cotton? It’s not suitable for the back of a cushion - wrong colour, too lightweight. The zip is the wrong colour for either of the fabrics. I’ll probably eventually use the panel but not sure about the rest of it.

I haven’t actually made this up yet as other projects on the go, however such lovely linen material. Beautifully printed. Decent quality aswell. High thread count and the zip is perfect accompaniment to the package. Thank you for letting me try this. I look forward to making it up

I love it but I haven't made it up yet. I moved house recently and ny sewing room is still a bit of a mess. However, I think it will make a lovely cushion for my new sunroom.
I have not made the cushion cover yet, but I am very happy with the fabric and can't wait to make it soon
