I only received 96 reels instead of 100. I tried to use one of the black cottons and discovered that all 3 black reels were so old the cotton had degraded and shredded off in my hand. I appreciate they were cheap but do expect items to be good enough quality to use. Please replace the 3 faulty and the missing 4 reels.
I regret purchasing this product the threads are so weak snap with a gentle tug the black threads 11 in all just turned to dust that got on to thre cottons I had 5 missing and 11 black that was just threads that turned to dust I contacted pound a meter but to my surprise I’ve not had any message or apologies or a response to resolve the short fall and goods that was faulty

Thread looks fine, I will be using it in a few days. You lost a star because half were in a plastic bag the rest just tipped into the grey bag. Also not 100! About 9 missing.

Absolutly rubbish. 1 thread emouldy, a white thread so dirty you couldnt possible of sewn with it. There were 25 cream, 6 cerese pink, 6 black. The rest were in multiples of 3's. They offered to take them back and a refund of £10 refunded, at of £10.75 postage. Dont throw uour money away on these threads
