Important Information

This is a pull-apart stuffing, meaning larger pieces may be present in the bag. The fibres are designed to be separated and fluffed by hand, allowing you to customise the texture and density to suit your specific project requirements.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

It felt lovely and soft and like kapok when it arrived when I opened it, and was quite impressed, but when I started to use it lumps form and are difficult to try and even out, also it's quite squeaky, the doll I made rustles and squeaks and is not soft and squidgy but lumpy and rustley. I was Much better using wadding and wish I hadn't bought such a large bag
