Returns Policy

I know I only paid for postage but I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew I was getting two small pieces of fabrics that did not complement each other, a zipper (that was ok) and thread that matched the zipper and nothing else. Also included was a sew on snap - not the magnetic snap as promised, and a sew on button. Nothing like the advert. And the wadding? Well, it was like a piece of cardboard. Will certainly not use for anything I can think of and I will never purchase from this company. Who within the organisation had the bright idea to launch this offer? I’m sure that money has been made on the postage but it does show your company in a poor light.
Green and yellow fabric go well together- but a pink zip?? No where near as nice as the photo on FB - bit disappointed to be honest 😩
Loved the material, made a smelling bag with it.
I know this was supposedly free but for £4.95 I got the same fabric in two colours and a zip none of which go together. The magnetic clasp was a sew in snap, the clasp was a sew on button and the thread matched the zip and nothing else. The wadding was really not "premium". I certainly wouldn't recommend and I feel that this company can't be trusted. I wasn't expecting the world but this is a waste of my money.
Prompt dispatch and delivery . Lovely co ordinating fabric with martching zip . Made a super easy zipper pouch with contents this weekend .
I used the fabrics to make a reversible sun hat. Nice fabric to work with and the matching thread was a bonus. The other items will be used for other projects.

I used the wadding to make these Can Coozies, it was very soft, easy to cut and work with. I'm going to use the fabric to make a jewellery roll. I don't like Invisible Zips so I probably won't use that.
Wadding was lovely and soft, I would recommend using it again. I also used an extra piece of wadding I had bought previously as I made a pouch and I need more than the kit piece. Material was lovely to work with, I got a button rather than thread and sadly I broke the zip after I had finished sewing my pouch.
The cotton fabric are nice quality not sure of the pattern one Erith a line all down one side looks like the colour will run it looks like the dye has run all the edges. The plain one is nice not sure if there is enough wadding to make a large item will have to see. I love the large popper and button. I'll post when I've decided what to make but a good price for the lot.

I bought this (with the discount code) for a couple of items I need to make. This was advertised as: Each kit includes 2 coordinating 100% cotton fat quarters, matching thread, zip, magnetic snap, clasp and our new premium wadding – everything you need to make a cute pouch or other small sewing project. Not quite what I received, but good enough.
This large one direction fabric wasn’t easy to use, but I like using the leaf motif on my foldover bag.
I’m happy with my order, just disappointed that again it arrives without any instructions to make what was shown on the website. This would be useful!

The cotton materials were lovely colours and a good size,and good quality. The wadding was ample for a small project and was firm rather than squishy,but it does the job. A matching zip and thread were included in the parcel, which I think is a nice touch. I will be making a nice makeup pouch with the kit as my next project. A really good parcel of goodies.
I was interested to see the type of interfacing you were offering. It’s similar to one I’ve had from another retailer. The fabrics were nothing special and in my opinion two different orange colours do not work . You advertise it as free and yet it cost me £14. Not impressed with what I got for the money.
Handy for the zip and interfacing, very useful to have on hand. Decent quality too.
Still deciding what to make
Was a little disappointed that there were 2 plain fabrics instead of a plain and a patterned. Am looking forward to using it
No sewing instructions
Disappointed that there are no instructions to make anything with it, some people are new to this. Also, ordered on 24/9 didn’t arrive til 5/10!! Fabric ex. looks good, just need to find a pattern from somewhere..
I'm sorry but I was not happy with this 'free' pack which cost me almost £5 in postage. The two fabric pieces are actually fine but I received a pink zip which only sort of matches, and very cheap gold thread which doesn match. There was no magnetic clasp - only a button. But the worst was the supposedly 'premium' wadding (and I think this was meant to showcase this product). It was extremely thin - about a mm or maybe 1.5mm, and stiff as a board, standing up on its own. If this is premium wadding you can keep it! And although it wasnt promised - a project sheet with a suggested use for the pack would have been a nice touch. In short, it wasnt worth the £5 postage charge. To make matters worse I had ordered a fat quarter pack as well to make best use of the postage charge and one of the fabrics was flower - but they had skulls in the middle. I see you had a close up view if I had bothered to look, so cant blame you for that, but this will not be used. I did see lots and lots of people on social media complaining that the free pack was not what they were expecting with lots of substitutions and missing items. So all in all not a very successful purchase!

Haven't used yet due to family issues but itching to start. A bit dubious of the green thread with blue fabrics but it has green leaves running through fabric. On laying the thread next to leaves its perfect so someone had a great eye for colour because I wouldn't have looked at a green but it actually perfectvolour for thread so again very happy. That's 4th parcel in a row that's perfect and something picked for me better than I would of done. Can't ho wrong with that service xan you?

Pleased with the bundle, haven't used it yet, looking for the right pattern.
Disappointed with this. I received the fabric, a pink zip, generic gold thread, the 'wadding' and a black button, no snap or clasp. Took 11 days to arrive - I know it was free but I did pay for delivery so should not have taken that long. Also, if this is an example of their premium wadding there is no way I would ever be buying it, and I suspect this is actually NOT their premium wadding. It is very thin - maybe a couple of mm - and very stiff, like thin cardboard with creases. It would also have been nice if a pouch making project sheet was included. Not happy even though it was 'free'.
Love the tree print material. Not made anything yet.
